aasmaa Hey hun my package was returning to u 😩I don’t know what the hell post office peoples are doing on 😖I mess one day and I did reschedule for next day but they didn’t deliver and I was keep waiting so I won’t miss my package and I didn’t leave my home because scared thinking if they came to deliver then I will miss but they didn’t came next time 😩now I see in tracking is going back on your address 😭I don’t know what to do now 😭

aasmaa @jlanoce that’s my correct address but when they came to deliver I was at hospital and I saw the left paper on my name so then I rescheduled it but they never delivered again ! I was keep waiting and I called them they said it’s returned to sender address 😭😩

d_walla You claim you sent my package but refused to give me a shipping number. Then you try to placate me by telling me it’s shipped but delayed because of Covid. Clearly I got scammed and you have horrible communication.

d_walla @jlanoce when you send a package through the post office, they give you a receipt with the tracking number on it. There’s no way around it because it’s going priority. I have not once sent a package “priority” and not received a tracking number from the post office. Many orders have been delayed because of Covid, but the post office sends a notification and sellers are always aware of where the package is stopped at.

d_walla @jlanoce once the package is dropped off or picked up they scan it in. Which then alerts the buyer that a shipping label is being created. Unless Poshmark is lying about that notification I receive on all my other orders. So if you did send it, I guess someone at the post office stole it. Good to know!

I'm not sure about your location however I'm in NYC hun theres about 60 packages on the counter daily waiting to be scanned just saying anything can happen. the point is its unfortunate however I respond which is why I have a great customer base . I wont simply ignore the problem hun :)

d_walla @jlanoce you clearly didn’t respond to the shipping number concern until I posted on this side of your page. So that’s an inaccurate statement for this situation. I have ordered things from outside of the country, and with the pandemic concern and foreign packages being held at customs for inspection, they still arrived in half the time.
