Joy it seems that you are not at all Happy with your shoes. i would like to know why the poor rating and also item cleanliness is what bothers me mostly as these were wiped dow with clorox and cleaned before packaging. You also got a very good deal in these I will add,. I strive very high to get a great rating and especially at the price you got these for and fast shipping I feel I didn’t deserve this at all. sorry you are so unhappy with shoes so donate them!

hello joy I am a little confused at the rating on my packaging? I keep it simple in a clear package to keep out rain and then package in a cute bag. what could I improve on? thanks for your business and please provide feedback!
