Hi. I’m aware that you are new to Posh, but I’m baffled by your review. The dress that i sent to you was cleaned and steamed, also packaged very nicely with instructions included to unpack and steam and hang after ship. There is not anything anyone can do about a dress of that material wrinkling during ship. I have photographs showing no wear in the arm pits. I feel that if you are unhappy with your purchase I’d rather take a return than a poor rating.

@jwertzy I have made many purchases and was new asking about Bundles, but this is my first purchase with diappointment. I look back at the pictures and it was very wrinkly in your photos, I guess I should not assumed it would arrive better. I have pictures of the armpits, not sure how to share them. Poshmark states there are no returns.

@jlho next time open a case for return rather than giving a poor rating. I’d love to see the arm pit wear, and have posh determine whether it is out of the ordinary for a preowned item. I wrapped your package and it is crisp cotton with a petticoat! There is no way to keep it from wrinkling during ship! Your expectations are unrealistic. The dress was cleaned before i posted it and steamed prior to ship

@jwertzy if there is a way to show the pictures I will be happy to post. So, you take pictures of your items and post the super wrinkled, but you have it cleaned and steamed before you ship? That does not make sense. You are being a bit rude about this. The rating is fair and you are trying to put it back on me. I will gladly return the dress.

Im so sorry the dress didn’t fit. I thought i measured it correctly. Im sure you will have no problem selling it on Posh for more. The last one sold for $60 & $70.
