I made a complaint but they never followed up.I was really looking forward to wearing my shoes and even had an outfit to match. How unfortunate! happyheartlori Hi Joy!! I just want to say THANK YOU for your offer on your Hello Kitty Hobo Bag that yiu had given too me!! Reason I could not accept it is bcuz, well …. See, I am a stage 4 cancer patient who is also physically handicap and I am on SocialmSecurity Disability which does not pay very much, I barely make ends meet with little or not much spare in the end. So, I really have to save for a “rainy day” (if that makes any sense).
