tracygirl922 Joy, I would like to know if you want to exchange your necklace? I do know that the chain was black because I took great care making sure that it was not tangled when I put it in the jewelry bag. The listing description and pictures show it as being black. I am completely confident that it was black. If it’s scratched then you can just exchange it for another one. Simple to resolve. I really don’t like having such a negative review for something that can be fixed.
