a_parkplaceshop Oh my, Joy! I am shocked how horribly USPS is meandering through the US with your sweater! Unfortunately this has been happening with greater frequency lately, and for some reason Illinois, Minnesota, & Florida are the most impacted. Perhaps politics, perhaps busy with Covid on-line sales. Please feel free to check your tracking info - I truly sent the sweater right away but it's meandering out on your side for the time being. Please feel free to reach out any time. a_parkplaceshop @designqueen1 You are very welcome. As an aside, I've been selling for about 2 decades now, and there have been a few times a buyer filed a claim with USPS upon extreme shipping delays in violation of the USPS 2-3 estimate. Might not fly but you can always ask, and in a perfect world they may partially or fully refund you.

a_parkplaceshop @designqueen1 I submitted it to the PO desk on October 3rd, right after you purchased, so there's no excuse they should be taking this long. You can check the tracking by navigating to the PM Purchases tab. Click on the "Shipped" detail and your tracking info should pop up. a_parkplaceshop @designqueen1 Sorry I didn't see this reply - I'm being messaged bombed by an enthusiastic posher! I've been selling since 1999 and have never seen it this bad. My guess is they've misplaced your package. Since you are Priority insured they have to refund you. But I'd bet anything it will turn up as soon as you open a case! Our Carrier holds onto our packages for D-A-Y-S, sometimes more than a week, & then tosses this mound on our porch for passing porch pirates to feast on. Ughh.

a_parkplaceshop @designqueen1 I've not done this but there is an on-line method, which should be pretty straight forward. First I will contact Poshmark & I recommend you do so as well. They may require opening a case against our transaction to move forward with returning your funds. Rest assured I do not have your funds - PM holds $ until the transaction is complete. You can also make a trip to see if your local PO has it there. This is so tragic - it's a gorgeous sweater...you'd love it!
