ginamalvonelomb Hello Joyce. ....I received the sweaters. ...the sweater with the tie neck is stained....terribly. ...I have treated it and washed it and the stain will not budge.....please let me know what I should do. ....thank you very much

alohafromjoyce @ginamalvonelomb Hi Gina: I received an email from Poshmark and they state that all sales are final and that if you as the buyer would like to open a formal case, they will review it. I don't recall seeing any stains on the sweater, and the pictures do not have any stains.
