Hi, I do have a question about the parties. If I attend and share my item(s) I look to see if they posted but can't ever find them (since there are so many items). Is there a way I can see what I've shared to ensure it's posting? Also if a party last 2-3 hours, how many times should I share my items? Thanks so much! @motherskiss

It is impossible to to see what you share in the parties because thousands and thousands of people are posting at the same time. As long as you share your item it will show up but after the party it will only be listed twice. Hope that helps. 😉

@katzkoz Thanks so much for the welcome and support. I do have a question. When I attend a party where I can share my entire closet is there a way to share all of my closet at one time or do I have to share each item individually? Hopefully there is an easier way than one by one.

@discoverquality Ha! Believe it or not, that question is asked a lot! No.....it's one by one . But, Ur not obligated to share everyone's closet all at once. Just a few . If U really like the whole closet...U can share it but that takes some time. I do it occasionally and it DOES take time. The best way to help someone is to make a comment like ""PLS HELP POSHER blah blah.." & then tag some ppl with it. Poshers will share!👍💗

I have been attending all the parties in the last 5 weeks or so and I post my appropriate items to the selected parties, I return the share to everyone who shares my items and return anyone who follows me but I have only sold one item. I have a pretty good variety of items, some very inexpensive and some high priced items. How can I start to get more sales?? Thanks so much for any advise!

@discoverquality Just keep at it love. It's tedious for sure. Try one of your pieces that has several Likes, Mark it down by 10%. That's a hit and miss too. But everyone that liked it will be notified of the price drop.

Thank you! I've been reading the comments here and want to throw in my two cents. Go out there and follow as many people as you can. A lot of them will follow you back. My daughter has a computer company and does web design and graphics so I get her to do my images for me because I don't have that kind of talent or training either (we all have our different strengths, which is good)! We did try to be diverse to offer people choices.

@discoverquality Joyce, all you need to do is go in and edit each listing that is retail/new/now called boutique and it will give you the option under new or not to list boutique. That way you can share to more parties and Women tend to like new! I hope that helps! PK. 😘

It's nothing big and you won't get bombarded with msg or news. The lady whom I connected with in my first wk on PM. She supports and helps me. Basically, it will a small group of ladies who have shared or liked my closet multiple times. When a party is approaching, I would use the list for possible host picks. I would share your items on a pretty regular basis. It's just about sharing and supporting one another.😊

When you see someone who has been picked to host/cohost a party, you can tag them with a congrats and ask them to take a look at your closet, or if it is a specific party (shoes, bags, etc), you can tag them with an item or 2 to consider. I got my first host pick last wk. Don't get me wrong, I am pretty new, but I spend a lot of time "doing" it. I lost my job over a yr ago. I found PM and the rest is history. I am constantly trying to learn helpful tips. I try to
make my contacts personal.

I worked in an internal medicine practice with 5 doctors for 10 yr. I was hospitalized on mem day weekend. My issues became life-threatening. I was coded and then put in ICU. When I got out, my mgr called to tell me that I was too much of a risk because I had been passing out. She "laid me off." I haven't been able to get anything since.

Well it was time. My oldest had just gotten married and my middle daughter was getting married in June. It gave me the time and freedom to work on that. I do a lot of painting, florals, and other creative things. That is most definitely my love and I have been fortunate to keep orders flowing. Share groups, by the way, are are very useful in getting your items seen on the feed more often which has shown successful in sales. @discoverquality Actually a share group, which there are so many within the community, are groups that you can sign in daily or only on days that are convenient for you. Each lady that signs in you will share for them and they will be sharing for you. Each group is different, some have you sharing 10 items each, others may be 5. I'll tag you in a couple to take a look at.

Hi Joyce, My name is Shana. Your barbie dresses are so adorable. My mom made doll dresses for me when I was young. I passed them on to my daughter and unfortunately most were lost in a house fire. Doll clothes today barely make it a year especially if they are washed. They just don't know what they are missing.

Hi, Joyce. I was just checking in with my posh friends. It's been awhile. I had some significant surgery in Feb. and due to complications was in Emory for almost 8 weeks. Very thankful to be much better and was here to see my first grand born. My daughter & her husband had a boy, Cooper. So life is good! I hope you are well and getting lots of sales!

I am a new Poshmark Ambassador and I would be happy to help you in any way. Your closet looks wonderful and it doesn't look like you need help with merchandising. I did notice that you posted 29 separate messages for your Chi removal notice. Did you know you can tag multiple Poshers in one post with the same message? Just like a group email. With 29 I would have split them into three.

Another tip, if you are trying to sell kid's clothes and Barbie clothes (love those, esp the fur coats), search out Poshers who are selling kids clothes near your target age and follow them and anyone who has liked the kid's clothes. Share 5 to 10 items from each closet as you follow, now you have targeted customers. I share while watching the news, waiting for the next step in dinner prep, waiting in line or for appt. I just became one a few days ago & now my following list of new Poshers has exploded. I've taken to checking the about section on each one & if their start date is less than 5 months, I leave a welcome message. I actually started with Posh in 2016 but only as buyer for a few months, stopped for a year& just started up again as a seller now in Jan 2018.
