Hi! Thank you for the feedback on the purse. I'm glad it was received and I'm so sorry for the trouble! In the future I will be sure to post better pictures of items that could have damage! While you can't change a rating, I hope you take into consideration how much the purse was marked down from its original price.

Tory Burch makes great purses and I see so many on this site that I always think to myself are ridiculously overpriced for being used, but I purposely accepted such a low offer because of its condition. Sorry for my two cents, but it's been a week😬😬

Hi Thank you for your purchase, the Tory Burch shoes were shipped out on Monday 19th. I just received a text, they are in intransit and arriving late. It usually takes 2-3 days sorry for the delay.
