robertasuzanne Thank you for your pleasant note. Unfortunately, brands that I am interested in were not listed where we make our choices. . What I was looking for was Alfred Dunner products. Is shipping always 6.95 an item? Although U selected bundle my shipping charges were 99 on the first item and 6.95 for the second item. It seems a bit high for one item.

donutunicorn Hi there!! Sorry you didn't feel like we deserve 5 stars. We actually ran out of smaller boxes and didn't realize until after we had bagged the sweater and wrapped it nicely so we didn't want to unwrap it again. I apologize the box was too big for the item. We ordered new boxes so we can use the appropriate ones next time.... I am to provide the best customer service so hopefully next time I give you a 5 star order with the appropriate size box.
