I am so sorry but I was away for the Thanksgiving holiday and was packing your Ibex jacket this morning when I noticed a hole in the sleeve. I will cancel your order this morning. If you are still interested, I will probably relist the item with the hole disclosed and a lower price.

hi! I wanted to let you know I shipped your Ibex sweater on Tuesday along with several packages. yours has not started USPS tracking yet but all the others started this afternoon ( 24+ hrs after drop off). so USPS seems to behind in my area. hopefully your package starts shipment tracking tomorrow!
