thriftandresell Hey Joyce! I see that you left a 1 star feedback rating for the shoes you bought. First off I just wanted to say I'm sorry that they didn't fit you! I list all of my items based off of the SKU tag, which means that if I look up a pair, and see on the adidas website that it is a size 9.5 womens, I will list it as a size 9.5 womens. thriftandresell detailing its exact US sizing, UK sizing, French sizing, and Japanese sizing. The shoe I sent you is the exact same size as the one that I had pictured in the SKU tag, in the ad of the shoe you purchased. Not only did I picture the specific sizing tag, but I also wrote in the description that buyers can feel free to ask questions about sizing before purchasing as I am more than happy to provide that info while I can!

thriftandresell i would appreciate if you could edit your feedback, as unlike you stated in your comment, I did accurately give sizing details in the pictures, and I did note in the description that I would've been more than happy to provide additional sizing information I just was not asked. I do what I can as a reseller, when these items arent my personal items I cannot provide information on their fit relative to their size, but I can provide measurements specific to the shoe itself which is just as accurate

joycehbeveridge @thriftandresell very disappointed in these adidas size 9.5 womens that fit like mens sizec10. i buy adidas and runners often. these are definitely NOT womens size 9.5. gave them away

thriftandresell @joycehbeveridge they are size 9.5 womens! With some adidas shoes, they fit true to size, some might fit smaller, and some might fit bigger, that is why the size tag has the millimeter measurements as welll (which I included!!!)

thriftandresell @joycehbeveridge the exact size of the shoes was included in the ad, so I am not too sure why I am getting a 1 star review saying that the sizing I listed is wrong. The sizing I listed is 100% correct, they are size 9.5 womens shoes, and the millimeter measurements shown in the size tag were also completely accurate.

thriftandresell @joycehbeveridge it seems as if you are leaving me a bad review because adidas manufactured these sneakers in a way different than you wanted, but this is not my fault, I am not adidas. I do not make the sizing of the shoes, I just list them based on the size given on the tag!!! And I listed them entirely correctly, I listed both the sneaker size tag (which is 9.5 womens) as well as the millimeter measurements (which are 26cm or 260 millimeters)

thriftandresell @joycehbeveridge I do not make the fit of the items, so if an item fits a bit bigger or a bit smaller this is not my fault, so I would appreciate if you could understand that and update your review, as negative feedback does really impact my sales, and especially when I listed the sizing of this item correctly, I am not too sure what I could have done differently!
