@heidiintheranch Hi... cute hat but it's not in excellent condition as stated. The inner band is heavily soiled/stained with what appears to be make-up and dirt. I requested a full refund. Thank you.

@ohjoy60 I’m not sure what happened. It was totally clean when I had it shopped. The only thing I can think of is that the helper unused sometimes tried it in first before putting it in box. I am so sorry
