halifaxposher I’m just seeing your comment on the dress I sold to you- you are saying it didn’t arrive? You need to contact Poshmark to open an investigation with Canada post. I shipped it out a day or two after you ordered it. By “accepting the order” (when you gave me one star rating) I’m not sure what can be done, but Poshmark should be able to sort it all out for you.

halifaxposher I just re-read your comment….you need Poshmark to open the investigation with Canada post. It shouldn’t be you. They are the ones with the contract with Canada post and have ways to compensate for lost packages. If by chance the dress did arrive or you did locate it, if you could adjust the rating on the sale it would be much appreciated. Thanks!
