babykass91 I need to contact you about my purchase. I’ve contacted Poshmark support.. I’ve tried to remedy it on my own by reselling the ysl bag but I haven’t been able to. I don’t think it’s fair that the strap comes loose and you didn’t put that in the description. I didn’t wear it much because of the price but when I finally did, the bag comes loose and it’s embarrassing.

nell12517 @babykass91 I'm sorry that you can't resell ysl bag. The bag was in excellent condition. The strap was not loose.

babykass91 @nell12517 the link clasp was loose. It would, at certain angles, come off. It was embarrassing to use. I will take your word for it but I know what’s true and I am not requesting your refund nor do I have buyer’s remorse. I just know what’s fair and I’ve had my lesson learned. I just hope that you make listings apparent and truthful in the future. :) or that you make sure everything is properly working.
