tea_sgarden Hi Juanita! Could you please send me a picture of the detached bra strap from the cup? It’s detachable so you can cross the straps across the back so maybe it came apart during shipment. Maybe I can walk you through how to reattach the plastic clip if you send me a picture of what happened. I’m sorry to hear about it. Just know that it wasn’t like that when it left my home.
