marlazoe Hi Juanita: Your Bliss body scrub is on the way! I received your order on a Saturday, packed it to send on Monday, but of course, it was MLK Day. I worked all day Tuesday (8am to 8pm) and was not able to ship it out until Wednesday. Unfortunately, the UPS store did not send it out (as promised) on Wednesday - - sorry, but this was beyond my control. I apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you, Marla
