liftedthreads I'm sorry that you're not happy with the item you recently purchase from my closet but rather than giving me a low rating you should have message me and I would have refund you I did disclosed the flaws on the clogs if there's anything else happened to it from my address to yours that's beyond my control I would rather refund your money back if you're unable to use the item. I'm new to poshmark and I realize I can't make everybody happy but will rectify any item issues going forward. Thank you
