bristol_71 So sorry you are so dissatisfied with the boots ! I have been out out of town with my husband in Philadelphia having Back surgery and should not have had a friend ship for me! You did not have to accept order and you can still cancel for a full refund. Again; i am so sorry that you are so unhappy! I truly did not realize that they were in such poor shape . I should have inspected them better .

bristol_71 Please cancel the order so that you can be refunded...... you do not even need to send the boots back ..... keep them in return for poor inspection .

bristol_71 @jensaenz you can go to your purchases and click on “problems /inquiry” and it should give you the option to cancel the order and be refunded. I believe you must do this within 3 days . Again , I am very sorry for the trouble .

bristol_71 @jensaenz I guess since you accepted, they can’t go back after funds are transferred- I just found out that you have three days before you have to accept or decline a purchase... let me know how much your bill is to clean and repair

jensaenz @kelseyduvall love the boots but once I put them on it feels like a size 9 their to big. Tory Burch might of mistakenly stamp 8 1/2 but it should be 9. I will be returning the boot once I get the correct guidance.
