juanitaford345 @2glassslippers hey, I needed another shipping label, but poshmark emailed me and said that they cancelled the order because I guess I took too long. Do you know how we can redo it?

2glassslippers @juanitaford345 Wow, I still would love these shoes, so please don’t think that was me who cancelled. On my end Poshmark still has my money and they still show the order in progress and under status it says “Awaiting USPS Scan.” They never returned my money or cancelled my order so this is weird. Maybe it’s just a glitch?

juanitaford345 @2glassslippers sorry for the late replies, I’ve had the notifications turned off and I’m a first time mom😅. And yeah, I was emailed by poshmark telling me that you’d be receiving a refund due to the fact that I haven’t shipped them out just yet, so they told me not to ship them out. If you can, email them and let me know what happens! Do you want my number?

2glassslippers @juanitaford345 Hey! I actually went ahead & emailed Posh last night & they just replied to me today saying that - I guess they had an oversight on my end - and they would just now be refunding me/updating my order status. The bad news is that they said it can take a while for any of the money to show up on my account so basically I don’t know when I’ll get any spending money back. Weird because I’ve never had a problem with Posh before.

2glassslippers Anyway, I’m really grateful that you let me know what they told you because if I hadn’t emailed them and said that it was still open on my end who knows when they would have caught the error and started the refund process.

juanitaford345 @2glassslippers Oh okay, did you still want the shoes? We can do it through cash app and regular shipping I guess because when did you need them. I printed out the shipping label and I really don’t have anything else to do with the shoes, I only bought them for prom. Lol

I got another email from Posh today (weird, but I guess they were trying to fix things, so that’s nice) but I checked my card & the return money still hasn’t shown up so I can’t spend & the event I wanted the shoes for has past. I really liked these but I guess it’s not going to work out.
