happyloft Hi! Thanks so much for your purchase. After further examining the purse, it looks like part of the strap end peeled off. This bag has never been used and its been in storage so not sure how this happened. You can see this in the pictures. Let me know if you still want this bag. I can email posh about reducing fee by $5.
