jude1123 @andreanocella The best place to start is the " How to" guide. At the bottom of your "Closet" page, there's a small icon that looks like an ID. Click on that and there's a whole list of those "HOW TO" guides I mentioned above. Some of them seem to be a bit out of date, but they all have links to FAQs that are sometimes more helpful. Below I'm going to give you some info that I didn't have at first, but with this and error I was able to get though it.

jude1123 @andreanocella I've only used the app, so that's how I'll explain about how/what to do. Don't use the "SELL" icon on at the bottom of the app to TAKE and EDIT your pictures. ✔Take all your photos OUTSIDE the app, and edit them there also (my phone's camera works for me). ✔Rotate the photos (if they need to be rotated - or you could have listings with sideways or even upside down pics for your listings).

jude1123 @andreanocella ✔ Take all your pics far enough away from the item so you can edit the pic into a square. If the pics aren't square, a lot of what is appealing to a buyer could be cut off. ✔ I use a black or white background (or very dark blue). A lot of people use a "background eraser" app; those apps make the item to appear to be floating.

jude1123 @andreanocella That doesn't work for me - I have MS and a lot of nerve damage which makes it hard for me to a get right up to the edge of the item's image I'd like to isolate (appear to float). ✔When you're done editing you pics, then go to the "Sell" (camera) icon at the bottom of the app screen and start uploading (you can up to eight pics of an item - depending on your photo editing app you can upload anywhere from 1 to 8 pictures at once).

jude1123 @andreanocella ✔ Pick the best photo of the item to be your cover shot. If you can't get the photos in the orders a you'd like, you can go in and rearrange them later. ✔ You're limited in the number of characters for an item title, so try to be as descriptive as possible. Some people can get away with "cute pink dress", but as a shopper, I don't even look at those items. I need a bit of the item's description in the title to draw me in - OR a phenomenal cover pic.

jude1123 @andreanocella ✔After the eye catching cover shot, you can take pictures of the item with a tape measure so there's no question as to what the size the of the item you're selling is (across the chest or "pit to pit", sleeve length, the measurement from the top of the back collar to the bottom of the back hem - again, think of questions you'd need answered before you purchased that item - without having the opportunity to teach try it on).

jude1123 @andreanocella ✔ Do research - Google has a lot of information - to try to put reasonable prices on your items for sale. ✔ Price your items just a little bit high. People will come in and make offers. Try not to be discouraged by the lowball offers, send a counter offer and try to meet in the middle on a price.

That's going to help you see what you need clarified, which will narrow down your questions and help me be much more helpful and specific in my answers. My closet is going to be "on vacation" next week, possibly a little effort longer.

jude1123 @andreanocella I have two surgeries on my right han and arm Monday; they should be outpatient, but lucky me - I have a bleeding disorder which requires three long days in a hospital - for something that (for everyone else is outpatient surgeries). I don't get go home and recover in peace - and not have a nurse coming to check on me every 30 minutes throughout the night. You can ask me questions, but I might take a while to respond.

jude1123 @chanlermarie 1 - Copy the person's username. 2 - Go to the listing you want to share. 3 - Hit the little square "Share" icon. 4 - Hit the search (magnifying glass). 5 - Enter the person's username and do the search. 6 - Select the user. 7 - Go to your username icon (lower right corner). 8 - Go to "Bundles" and click "Selling". 9 - Offer a dollar amount and send it.
