patrica123 @Judi while I loved getting good deals on the clothes, I feel like you could have shipped them more efficiently...2 boxes probably would have been enough and been less tracking headaches for you as well. I do also appreciate the bracelet...it is lovely. So, in the future lets agree to discuss shipping options beforehand...Thanks very much...going to try on some things now!...Patty

judithe @patrica123 I'm glad you received your items. I appreciate what you are saying about the shipping. However, unless someone buys a bundle, things have to be shipped separately because each item has its own barcode. That is how they know I sent it and you received it. I have nothing to do with that. Poshmark will not release the funds until you accept each item. The only way I know of to avoid multiple shipments is to bundle your purchases. Thank you again.

judithe @patrica123 That is all between Poshmark and buyer. When someone buys something, they immediately send the shipping label to the seller. I'm kind of new to all this but it's my understanding that u have to ask to bundle before it is accepted. U do not have the option to make an offer when u bundle. U pay asking price and get 10% discount. Some people offer 20 but mine is 10. I think there is info about that on your closet page. Now I have probably really confused you. Haha

patrica123 @judithe I have tried on everything and sadly, Nothing fit well or looked as good as your pics. I must lose 20 lbs before I can even think about buying clothes...so depressing,! What do I need to do to expedite a credit? I can mail them via UPS within a day or two. Sorry...

judithe @patrica123 I'm so sorry that the items don't fit. However, the Poshmark rules are clear about no returns. You might think about reposhing to get your money back. If you go to the FAQ's, it explains everything.

patrica123 @judithe I have had other sellers at least offer to exchange the items if they didnt work out. I cant fathom I would not be able to return a purchase at any place if I was not satisfied. I cant wear the clothes. What am I supposed to do??...I am not happy at all and will seek out another option to get a refund..The items I bought from you were not "gently worn a couple of times" ...several pieces were "well worn, and showed age. Attention potential shoppers BEWARE!!!!

patrica123 @1mom5claveys I believe an honest merchant/seller would care about the customer, and the potential sales that would follow. If I dont get a refund then that speaks volumes about the integrity of the seller, and the manner in which she does business. I have worked in retail for over 40 years with the best retailers in the world...Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Ave., Valentino, Sakowitz, Guess Jeans...the difference lies in customer service ...or lack thereof.
