thesmartgal Hello! I just tried to respond to your question about the leather jacket, but it said the comments were disabled. I did not remove the shoulder pads or alter the jacket. isabelcookschoo @thesmartgal I knew immediately that pads had been removed from both shoulders an lining was never repaired. You can't do this with leather. The coat would have fit if pads weren't removed. It's a shame an would be costly to repair.

thesmartgal @isabelcookschoo what can I do to rectify? I did not know pads had been removed. I would like to try and resolve this so you are happy with the purchase or another outcome.

isabelcookschoo @thesmartgal You didn't notice the 3+" tears in both shoulders? When I tried on coat I couldn't get it to fit correctly because leather held the shape of the pads that were no longer there making the coat unwearable.

thesmartgal @isabelcookschoo No, I am sorry, I didn't see any tears. If you like, initiate a return for a damaged item, and I will accept and see for myself. I have had it for quite some time, did not alter it, and saw no rips or tears when I sold it. However, I am happy to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.

thesmartgal I just saw your rating and your statement is erroneous. I offered to take back the jacket multiple times and have screen captured those messages. And the conversation under the sale was disabled and I was not able to respond also screen captured. And you never sent a single photo of your claim of the tips and tears. You had every opportunity to return the jacket and didn’t, now making false statements. What is your ultimate goal here? Why did you accept the order if so unhappy?

isabelcookschoo @thesmartgal I did not receive "all" the messages you claim to have sent. I don't know how all this works so you need to learn patience. After our first message I sent followup to support an have sent a pic but since it's black lining on black coat it's difficult to see. I will try an send to you.

isabelcookschoo I transferred to Support because I didn't think you could straighten things out. I'm just learning how things work at Poshmark. I don't remember accepting the coat an was unhappy since there was nothing said about removal of pads. I have been having difficulties getting answers from support.

thesmartgal @isabelcookschoo All the messages are in this thread. You see them as you are responding. You blocked me under the sale, so I could not converse with you there, only here. I offered multiple times to take back the jacket, so you saying I could not straighten things out is false. As for patience, I bent over backward, offering to take the jacket back; then, you accept the order, gave me a one-star rating and wrote a false statement weeks later. I have also reported you to support.

thesmartgal @isabelcookschoo do you want to return the jacket? If yes, then just submit the claim to do so as I offered multiple times. If it comes back with damage that was not there prior to me sending it, then I will open another claim with support.

isabelcookschoo @thesmartgal I'm sorry I bought 3 leather coats an all have major issues, why I'm cranky. I also purchased several pairs of boots an only one had issues. I'm afraid I sent Poshmark a flaming text for there practices. They have all these rules but it's taken days to get a response from supply. I appreciate your texts it was never you you wanted to take care of me from beginning but from another situation I learned I had to go through support. As usual I haven't heard back.
