dawnelise @judithunderhill ...looks like there’s a problem with payment! I have now read though the comments above and I see this is a common thing with your account. This not only hurts you but in doing so, it ties up the merchandise for 24 hours for the seller. You may not be able to purchase but there may be someone else looking to purchase the same item.

dawnelise When you try and purchase, a RESERVED tag is added to the listing so that it can’t be purchased. This is great for the buyer so they don’t get the item purchased out from under them but if someone else is interested, they’ll just pass by it when they see that. So not only does the seller lose the first sale, but could lose a potential real sale.
