susanpalonicola Hi. The jacket you purchased was shipped and arrived for delivery on 7/26 then said picked back up by usps due to receptical being blocked. Not sure if you were aware of this

annie33081 Hello I’m not sure if you know but under wires are poking through on the bathing suit that I just purchased. I’ve never received an item that had undisclosed damage. How should we proceed? I would like to return it.

saleonnow it turns out you have to report it to poshmark I can't refund you directly. You have to send them the photos. I wish I could just refund you the $ directly but I can't I guess it is going to affect my rating . if there is smt else that I listed I can greatly reduce the prioe to cover the cost of the bathing suit. Of course it's totally up to you. I really didn't see the damage. I had just purchased it and wanted to post it quickly
