larisa_6 Hi @judyolew I am so sorry I accidentally switched the labels on the packages I sent out! I could have sworn I double checked them :( I have contacted Poshmark to remedy this. I’ll keep you updated once they respond.

larisa_6 @judyolew Poshmark emailed me last night at almost 9pm. They said they were reaching out to you to send you a label to go to the correct address and they were reaching out to the other customer to send a label to them so your purchase can be mailed to you. Have they contacted you at all?

larisa_6 @judyolew hi Judy I’m so sorry poshmark told Me that they would contact you and provide you a label. I’ll reach out to them again. I will ask them how they are reaching out if it’s through the app or email.

larisa_6 We have reached out to the buyers in regard to receiving the wrong items. In the meantime, we would appreciate it if you can also reach out to them via the comment section of your listing to request they open a formal request to return this item. Once they open up the request, we will be able to issue them a shipping label
