24boutique @judithfelix1010 Hi. You will only be charged for what you’ve ordered. This is the first time I’ve had this experience. I am in contact with Poshmark support which unfortunately only communicates through email. I’m eagerly awaiting a solution.

24boutique @judithfelix1010 You are absolutely right. I did make a mistake by inadvertently mixing orders. I requested that Poshmark gives you and the other party a full refund. Throw the merchandise in the garbage or donate. I take full responsibility. I will take the lost on both transactions.

I make mistakes all the time...right now I’m working 60 hours a week I am taking care of two sick parents and I’m lucky I can find time to brush my teeth ...I can’t take the loss I’m really sorry..☹️

24boutique @judithfelix1010 Hi. I am diligently endeavoring to come to a resolve. I informed Poshmark that you were unable to send the shirt back due to reasons you expressed in previous post. I made a second request to refund the $21.79. Money from both transactions as well as my merchandise is no longer in my possession. I know that you are frustrated. Please bear with me. I am doing all that I can. I’m not sure how many days it takes to see your refund. I will keep you informed.

judithfelix1010 @24boutique I am willing to print the label at work (if I can I haven’t tried opening it) and I can ask a neighbor to go to the post office for me when they have time...but has the other person even responded to you that they are going to send me my boots? Have they printed their label or did they keep my boots?? Have you heard from them? This is really confusing because this is dependent on several folks taking action...has the other party done their part?

judithfelix1010 @24boutique yes i got the hours they are great thank you...I’ve asked One of my neighbors if they will please go to the post office this week and send the shirt to the other person because it’s not fair that I got my boots and they did not get their shirt...I’ll print the label at work in secrecy of course on Monday and my neighbor should be able to go to the post office on Wednesday but please let the other posh persinknow that they will get their men’s green shirt thank you

I want to accept them but the button not letting me yet probably cuZ of all the back and forth but as soon as I can hit accept and it rate I’ll give 5 stars and PLEASE let the other person know their green shirt is definitely coming and sorry for the delay!
