Hi Judith! It can be quite costly to exchange for another size on Poshmark. The average cost of an exchange is around $15 due to Poshmark rules. They make you buy a label which cost $9.50 and have you return the other to me at your own cost and method whichever is cheapest. Which is usually around $6. Is that something you want to do? I want to help but Poshmark rules make it so difficult

Update on shipping of the Formalities Vase - Due to the size and weight of the box I purchased a new USPS shipping label with tracking #9505514835270156678115. Since the original label won't be scanned I wanted you to be aware the App will not show the package as scanned until the new tracking information is updated, but rest assured your package is already on its way. Just following up. The post office in your town called me a few minutes ago to let me know they have your package. They apologized for the delay and stated they weren't sure why it took seven days to get from Memphis to their Greensboro distribution facility but that they are looking into it. They assured me you will receive it tomorrow and that they would call me after delivery is confirmed.

Hey Judith. I contacted Posh a couple of times on your order. They just keep saying there is delays in tracking. It’s been 12 days since I mailed it. I am so sorry I feel helpless. I know you can contact Posh as well. I don’t think they do anything until after 14 days. Again I am sorry this is taking so long.
