Hello Judith, I’m sorry the rain coat doesn’t fit you but I don’t do returns for that reason. It is a French brand so it might size smaller than American brands, but it is not petite (it’s not even a thing there). You’re welcome to reposh it. I hope you understand, I’ve had mixed results too in the past buying things, but I do think it’s up to the buyer to do their due diligence regarding size, mostly if they’re in between sizes.
