Hi Judith,
The MK bag you purchased was delivered on 6/23/21. However, due to No carrier service at the time, the package os sitting at the post office. I called the post office and they gave us 2 options:
1. You can go to the post office today (Saturday 6/26) with your ID and pick it up. They are open 9am to 3pm. PO Address:4601 S. Cottage Grove Ave , Chicago 60653
2. The PO will try to deliver the package on Monday 6/28/21.
