Hi Judy, you purchased the Nadia Dress from me and it said delivered on my end, but I just got it back saying it was sent to wrong address. What is your correct addresss?

@aopiking sorry that should be the right address unless the post person delivered it to a neighbor. We recently moved so perhaps they sent it back by mistake. I got a few dresses for a trip and they all arrived on time. That said, it is too late but seeing that it wasn't your fault. I don't want you to send it again. Can you credit me for just the cost of the dress minus the shipping you lost out on?
I am not sure what happened but still sorry it did.

@jcyzhao well shoot, I am sorry too it didn't get to you. I am figuring out the best way to get you the refund. I contacted poshmark before I heard back from you to see a plan of action to get you your money back or the dress to you, so when I here back from them I'll see if there's a easy way for them to refund through your account. If not I will directly mail it to you! Sorry again Dress didn't get to you, and I will be in touch about the refund.

No worries and you can use this chat to confirm it isn't your fault. just circumstances and because the even I wanted to wear is over. I am fine with just taking the lost of the shipping cost. That you can re-list seeing I don't need it. There is no rush though. :)

@aopiking it looks like poshmark gave me the full refund. I feel awful that somehow the package got return to you though. Even though I no longer need it for the event I ended, can I somehow pay you for the cost of the shipping?
I don't want you to lose money on this or perhaps split the cost of the shipping cost?

@jcyzhao Hi, poshmark handled this situation so well, glad they got that reimbursement to you so quickly. They reimbursed me for the shipping so there is no need for you to cover anything.
