judylee111 @fannym Hi! As the tracking indicates, I shipped the bag on Tuesday & it was delivered. Perhaps a neighbor picked up the package for you? I've contacted Poshmark to let them know of your message. Unfortunately there's nothing I can do from my end since tracking says it was delivered, but hopefully Poshmark can direct us from here.

judylee111 @fannym Per my last message, the tracking indicates the package was delivered, & I alerted Poshmark of your message to me. That is all I can do. I suggest you contact Poshmark as well if you believe the USPS is incorrect in their tracking info. I cannot give you back your money for bags that I have shipped and have been tracked as delivered. I see that you've been a Poshmark member since 2013, perhaps they'd be willing to give you additional options based on your history with them.

judylee111 @fannym As a seller PM emails you the shipping label based on the info the buyer gives PM. I will send you a private message with the address you gave PM. Once the box is scanned @ USPS PM receives the tracking confirmation & they forward those details to the buyer. I didn't get a receipt from USPS, it wasn't needed since I did not pay for the shipping, & PM gets the tracking confirm directly. I have done everything required of me correctly and all I can continue to do is suggest you contact PM.

judylee111 @fannym If you go to your PM account, you can see the address where the package was sent. Again, I'm sure you don't want me to publicity post your address. Just simply check your account details.

fannym Hi Judylee, I am very sorry for the inconvenience that we have had with the package. I want you to know that I have found it just a few minutes ago. I was knocking from door to door and found it in the house at the corner on my street, eight houses from my house. The lady has open it and had it ready in a new box to return it to you, but I have the bag with me now. Thank you very much, it is beautiful and I apologies for the inconvenience.
