I'm sorry you were disappointed in the shipping time, the packaging and my responsiveness. I assume you're happy with the dress, as you didn't mention any problems with that - my apologies about the wrapping, my friend's daughter helps me but isn't always available. My apologies that you expected the dress sooner than 7 days later despite the post office being closed for President's Day, and that you were not happy with my best attempt at wrapping it. @dianesteinberg Diane I am so sorry about the misunderstanding. I thought that the packaging and the time that it arrived was perfect. The dress smelled like mildew and was not clean. That doesn't mean that I will stop buying from you. I love your closet. I had been watching that dress for a long time. I just took it to the dry cleaners before I could wear it. My sincerer apologies. :)
