snc1994 I’m not really sure why the 3 star because “not seersucker” I have always known this to be seersucker. Regardless, there were actual photos of the blouse.

judyfritz Seersucker is more of a crinkle material. It was hard to tell in the picture. It is a very cute top and I will be able to wear it. I was ordering it for an event where everyone is to wear seersucker, not just blue and white stripe. So I will need to find a different top for that
