kimonokimono @tek317 Hey there - I'm afraid I can't refund without your sending the item back - I've checked through the site and there's just no way around it, checking through the FAQs. They're supposed to send you a label, so if you can just stuff the shirt back into the wrapping it can go into any mailbox - no need to take it to the post office. I'm sorry - I really tried to save you the hassle :-( As I say, I'm new here.

nicolastacy @tek317 I agree! I’ll let you know what they say. I sent them the order numbers. I have no idea how long it takes for them to respond. I think it said 24 hours? I haven’t sold 2 things at a time, so I haven’t had to deal with this before.

whitandrose157 @tek317 Hi Judy…💕 you purchased the Earth Origins sandals from me. I was prepping them to mail and I was verifying the size. (I am a true 11 and remembered they were always a bit small). I looked at the tag under a magnifying glass and realized they are a 10W not an 11. If you look in the original listing photo of the tag and expand you can see a faint 10W. 😩I never noticed it before. I am happy to cancel your order. So very sorry! R
