Hi! I'm Judy. You’ll literally see all of my old closets.. even the cute shoes 👠 . Been having several medical issues so purchased several different sizes that unfortunately most I didn’t get a chance to wear. judymuise @theresagt I apologize. When dropping off your order & another Poshmark order at the post office, I didn’t have tape. They must have attached the wrong labels to the packages. I am going there tomorrow to see what I can do to resolve the situation

theresagt @judymuise So POSHMARK emailed me a return label. Andi don’t have a printer! I have absolutely no way to print it. How do I use the label??? I’m sorry but I need the label to be physically printed out and then sent to me thru snail mail. EitherPoshmark has to do this or perhapsyou have to print it out for me and then mail the physical label to my house.And even if u do that that’s just returning someone else’s item. I still haven’t gotten my stuff

judymuise @theresagt I haven’t heard back from Poshmark regarding your order .I have sent 3 emails to support. I can print out the labels for you & send it back out Either way.. there’s no way I’m going to allow the items you were supposed to receive stay with the other person. That’s a hit I can’t financially afford to take(Just being honest). I will send an additional email & I notified the person who received your order yesterday. This will be resolved

theresagt Poshmark sent me an EMAIL yesterday with a pdf Return Mailing Label/ so is that the email Poshmark sent u or did they send u another email telling u they sent me The labels via snail mail ?

judymuise I don’t have the labels to print the labels. Poshmark sent me an email confirming that both of you were sent a return labels so that essentially you can swap orders. If you want to forward me the email which I will give it to you the label I will print it and mail it back to you. But there are several places like Staples those kind of stores that will print things that are on your email for you. Whatever you decide to do is fine with me because this was essentially my error.

judymuise @theresagt I don’t know if you saw the comment a week ago, but I printed your label & mailed it (June 24th ), as requested. Tape the label to the package & bring to any USPS drop off location, it will be sent to the intended buyer & they have been instructed to do the same w/ your package. Thank you!

judymuise @theresagt I had sent an inquiry about both orders to Poshmark support yesterday as well as contacting the other posher to ask if they have received the label via email 2 weeks ago. As of now, I haven’t heard back. I didn’t know if you had received anything either... Until today. This was my second attempt to contact you as well. I’ll reach out to them now that I know you received & mailed it out & let you know their response.

judymuise @theresagt I hope you were able to open the attachments that I sent you, her forte reaching out to Poshmark support this will be resolved. But if you want to cancel your order do you need to reach out to them directly I cannot cancel it for you. Please let me know either way what your decision is so that I know what to expect on my end have a good night

judymuise @islandhomestx I had seen that and looked into it yesterday. I had to leave a message on USPS website and it was scanned and said it was running late. They still have not returned my email through their customer service but the package was dropped off I believe on the 17th or 18th and took them two days to even scan it. I drop some thing off the day after for another Posher & That one has not moved from its location either. Very frustrating and I am sorry about all of that.

judymuise @islandhomestx I agree completely I am Looking forward to what the reply is. It’s just unacceptable. They should let either myself or U know if the package is stuck somewhere and is going to be delayed I did not receive any notification at all. The only way I noticed is that the phones haven’t been applied to my credits so that’s when I looked into it. I will deathly keep you updated

Just got off the phone with the US PS representative he was able to find the package it is in route to your location now in Springfield it left Springfield on the 20th. He said because of the Destiination and also with today’s crazy times we would have to allow a little extra time for it to get there. And he did apologize for not sending me the confirmation email

islandhomestx Funny, I just put in a call to them too!! I dont get it. I received something yesterday from. MA and it only took 5 days. If they are charging priority, it shouldn't take weeks to get here. I could have swam over there in less time. Thank you so much for the follow up. Im looking forward to receiving these pictures!!!
