Hi, Judy! Thank you so much for purchasing the J. Renee gold shoes!! Unfortunately, they somehow have gotten damaged. I prepackaged all of my items as they are listed for sale. Once they sell, I double check my shoes, to be sure it’s the correct pair, etc. These have sat for awhile and when I opened the box to check, the heels have turned brown. I’m not sure what caused this but I know you would not want them. I am very sorry to have to cancel your order!!
