Hi again Judy,. I've been down to the post office and I inquired about your missing item, as well as the 4 other packages that I mailed at the same time,which also all seems to be stuck somewhere. They assured me that they are on there way, and that the tracking function sometimes doesn't work properly.
I know it's been a long time, but please sit tight just a bit longer. It should get to you soon.

Hi again, I woke up to the message that this order has started tracking,. I am taking that to mean that the delivery driver didn't check the mailbox properly 😡 and your clutch has just been sitting there this whole time. I hope that they fast track it and it arrives at your door in no time. I'm so sorry about this delay, please let me know if you haven't recieved it by early next week and I will inquire further. @devonpeters thank you it's funny it does say now it's out for delivery in Cornwall now and said there was an error.... I think honestly Canada post having major issue cause I've had things in Ottawa for over 5 days now it's an 2 hour drive slow to hear.... Should have it by end of the day thank you for looking into it seemed to have lite a fire under then.... Thanks for the effort and reply back

@mallishjudy Oh no! What have I done.. I must have mixed up the labels, I'm still quite new to this as a seller and that was my first time I had multiple orders to send out and I really must have messed it all up. I will contact Posh Support and see what can be done. That's so disappointing Judy, after waiting all of this time, and to not recieved it. I am so sorry, I will sort this out right now.

@mallishjudy I still haven't heard back from posh, bit from what I understand you must click on "wrong item" when the app asks you to "approve" the order. It will then send me a claim, which I will approve and then it will explain the next steps. So could you please go ahead and click on "wrong item" Thanks!
