smilineyes95621 @babyluxlux Hi Judy. Great question. It just depends on what my net is. If I discount shipping and my net is under $2 or $3, then I don't discount. I've given buyers free shipping if my net is over $20. When you make an offer to a buyer, Poshmark will tell you what your net is. Watch out for the 5 lbs limit on packages. It's over $4 for another lb. The seller pays it. Clothes can add up in weight. Hope this helps. Happy Poshing!

smilineyes95621 @babyluxlux You're welcome. Yes, I've had a case opened because it wasn't what she thought it was. Poshmark just didn't charge her, but charged me for the shipping. No problem. I just had her keep the item. I opened a case on a coat I bought. It was filthy when I received it. Very stained. I wasn't charged for it. I tossed the coat.

smilineyes95621 @babyluxlux Just have to make sure you show pictures of any flaws. I had to show Poshmark pics of the stained coat. The listing showed the coat as like new with no mention of stains. For the most part, people are respectful and honest here. I really love Poshing!! I hope you do too!
