Also, is it maybe your password?I understand about the logging in,I've had these types of problems in the past with my own accounts,but I can help to the extent I can,Posh support should get back with you soon...as far as the wallet it wasn't damaged when I shipped it I know,I've been in the situation once or twice because people want something for free, or even will trade the product for something other than I sent,and its very disappointing when it goes in the scammers favor...
