sox75 Hi - I am still trying to figure out where the purse was delivered. The tracking shows it was delivered to our residential mail box but I never received it. I have contacted Canada post and they opened a ticket. I also let posh support know and they are looking into it as well. Hopefully it will be found in the end.

1clickdiva @sox75 This is horrible! I am so very sorry-I just saw today-in my sales report that the package was missing??? It was in a fairly big box- could it be sitting at the post office because it did not fit in your residential box? Usually when this happens Canada Post leaves you a notice to pick up at the post office. I hope it can be located. I feel so bad- I am so very sorry. Please let me know if you hear anything from Canada Post.

sox75 Hi - I am still hoping the package shows up somewhere. I was kind of surprised that the tracking message said it was delivered in my residential mailbox as the boxes aren't that large. I went to another office of Canada Post today and they are going to contact the driver and get them to check all the boxes in case they forgot to just put the key in my slot. It if shows up I will let you and Poshmark support know. Don't feel bad,..it's not your fault at all.
