kimnicspicks Hi Judy. I sent out the kimono next day, USPS is just backed up right now so that’s why it took awhile to get to you. The fabric easily wrinkles which is out of my control when I have to fold/ ship something, it’s unavoidable sometimes. And it’s meant to be oversized— it’s supposed to be slouchy like the model photo shows. It is an xs/s which I listed it as. Sorry you’re not happy with the item, but you can wash and dry it on delicate setting and it will be wrinkle-free.
