@rdiscountcloset Hi Rick, question for you. in my closet I have a men's Bomber Jacket, but I have to tap the all tab to see it and it says NWT next to the name. if I just go to my closet it's not showing unless I press the all tab. do you know how I fix this?? thank you

@jchronop Hey there Judy, Happy new year to you. I just went and looked at your current listings and I didn’t see a Mens Jacket, all I saw for men was a pair of boots. The tab you’re taking about just gives you different views of your closet. If it’s set on Women, it’s only going to show you the items listed in the Womens category, or of course the all setting shows you everything. Cont’

@jchronop In this case there’s not really anything to fix. When customers are searching for items they have it set up for what they’re looking for. For instance, mine is set on Men, I’m not looking for Womens or kids clothes so it’s just better for me To get to what I’m looking for. Just rest assured your customers will be able to view your products according to how they search, but you’re fine as you’re set up and people should find your items easily. Cont’

@jchronop The NWT next to it means New With Tags, when you list the item as being new, it will automatically put the NWT on the listing. Which can be good, some people on here only shop the new items. So, I guess it can’t hurt anyway. Good luck selling it all.
