slmac18 Hi @judy_tanabe just wanted to let you know I dropped off the sunglasses at the post office on Monday afternoon. For some reason the PM status doesn't reflect this, so if it doesn't update this evening, I'll go up to the post office to check on tracking. My apologies for any delay with this, the other items I shipped out at the same time are all updated so I'm not sure what happened, but hopefully it will be sorted out quickly.

slmac18 @judy_tanabe I've opened a ticket with the post office and they will research and notify me in about 3 days. I can also file a claim if it's lost, but I'll keep you posted.

slmac18 @judy_tanabe the post office will take a few days to update the status, but in the meantime I’ve also opened a case with Poshmark. Poshmark will give it until 4/21 for an update to the shipping status and then I believe it will be eligible for a refund. This is the first time I’ve had this happen in my time selling on PM but their customer service has been responsive so far. I’m so sorry this is causing delays but I’ll update when I hear from either Posh or the postal service.

slmac18 @judy_tanabe the PO responded this morning that they aren’t able to find the package yet, so the first day I’m able to submit the case with Poshmark (4/21), I will do so. The package may still show up somewhere but I’ll notify PM.

slmac18 @judy_tanabe the case was just updated, they’ve found it and it should be delivered in the next several days! I’m so sorry for the delays, like I said I’ve never had this happen where something was lost for over a week but I’m so glad it’s on the way to you. Will you let me know if the package was damaged at all once you get it? Since PM uses priority shipping I believe there is insurance coverage if needed.
