vintageliving @judykrissman It’s Rhonda Ovist. Glad to see you here in Poshmark. I’m not selling very much here these days - takes a lot of work and energy, which has been in short supply lately. But if one stays on top of following other closets and sharing one’s own closet as much as possible, you can make some money. I’m probably better shopper these days than seller (although I just had two sales lately, without even trying ). You can find just about anything at a reasonable price on Poshmark….

vintageliving …I have to be careful because I find the live shows somewhat addictive. I ended buying two very cool brown leather bags from one show at a very reasonable price - and of course I didn’t need them. But one was a leather fringe bag which I’ve wanted since I was kid. Would have gone great with that leather hippie hat I was wearing for a while back a million years ago when I was in jr high 😄. Anyway just wanted to say hi! Please pass my love and best wishes to the cousins.

judykrissman @vintageliving Hi Rhonda, so nice to see you on Poshmark. How are you doing? The reason I am on Poshmark is. I ordered a dress and thought it came with a jacket. But did not. Also I wanted it in tea length as it showed on line. It came in floor length. Having trouble returning it. Does posh have a phone number that I can talk to a person.

vintageliving @judykrissman how long has it been since you received the order? You would have received a request to accept the order, meaning you received it and it was what you ordered. It also includes a request for you to rate your experience. If it has been over three days, you can still contact Poshmark and the seller about the problem …

vintageliving @judykrissman …you can contact the seller on the same listing in her closet where you bought the dress. Remember to begin your message with @then her account name. Otherwise she won’t be notified that you sent a message. You can contact Poshmark by clicking your account name at bottom of the page, then down at end of the list of options it should say Poshmark support.

vintageliving Then at bottom of the nest list it at contact Poshmark support. Oh I forgot if you haven’t already accepted the order, the same message asking you to do so will include an option of submitting a problem with the order. That is usually the first thing you want to do upon receiving a purchase that has a problem. But also be sure to contact the seller as well and give her a chance to make things right. I hope that works for you. Sounds like a large discrepancy in your order

vintageliving @judykrissman some sellers don’t do a good job providing info or good pictures so I can assess the item; i either avoid buying from them or I use the comment option I’m the listing (remember to start with sellers account name, starting with @) to ask questions. Some sellers are inexperienced or don’t understand the importance of providing adequate info up front.
