theresaruggieri @ju_ly Unfortunately they charged both cards I only wanted the American Express card charged so hopefully you could help resolve that issue so the visa card gets credited I tried contacting them as well Thank you

ju_ly I would recommend sending them an email with the order numbers on it. I will send one also. The boots have been mailed and they will first go to Poshmark to authenticate. Then they will ship to you. So you have some extra time to make sure both cards are not charged. The shipping label is from the second purchase and that should direct them to the correct card.

theresaruggieri They charged me twice for the Versace boots one on the visa card and one on the AMEX the visa card needs to be refunded $550 Please let them know as soon as possible thank you

ju_ly @theresaruggieri I have emailed them and I’ve canceled the order. I don’t know the turn around time for the correction , but ultimately you should not be charged twice.
