perryrushton Hi Jules, I just got the size 11 boys snow boots in the mail and they are lovely but unfortunately they are too small for my son :( I haven’t “received” them yet through poshmark and I tried contacting them about possibly returning them but I haven’t heard back. If it’s not possible to return them to you I can try to resell them but I thought I’d come to you first. Is there anything you can do?

julesshoppe @perryrushton Let me know if they're too small once they've arrived and we'll see what we can do since I believe wrong size is not a reason Poshmark will process a return 😔

julesshoppe @perryrushton I read your message again, and now I understand. You got them in the mail but haven't "accepted" them via Poshmark app. I'm not sure how to proceed since the boot mfg/sizing reflects size 11 as cited in listing. As previously mentioned, I do not believe size is one of reasons Poshmark authorizes returns, and it may not be worth it to ship back to me for a refund. Maybe just resell? Thoughts?

perryrushton @julesshoppe thanks for getting back to me. I was hoping they’d fit because my son is an 11 but I think they must run a little small. I’m bummed because they’re really nice. If you think it would be better for you I can absolutely send them back to you if there’s a way you can cancel the sale since I haven’t accepted yet? Or if that’s too complicated I can just accept the sale and see if someone else needs them or resell them. Sorry for making this complicated.
