julilang @beautifulface great! All you have to do is go to the News section of the site and under comments you'll find a message that asks you to accept your order. Once you have accepted it, you will find another request to rate your purchase. You select the number of stars (5 is the best) then make any additional comments if you wish to in the space provided below the stars. Most poshers really appreciate feedback, good or bad to let them know if you are happy. I hope this helps! 😊
