charalto Hi there. I have been tracking the Cole Haan Boots you bought from me. They were supposed to be delivered 11/26. It still says awaiting delivery scan. You may want to check with your post man since it appears they are in Washington. They may be on his truck

marzbar1986 Hello! I just saw your review and figured i better write you! I apologize the Cole Haan shoes had heel tips that corroded your 2nd time wearing them! That's horrible and frustrating.😔 I wish there was something i could have done to prevent this. Unfortunately i buy/sell and dont make changes to the product, so i have no control over the quality of heel tops. I hope you were able to enjoy the shoes otherwise. I am very sorry and appreciate your business. Thank you!
